This policy applies when you access The-e-School through or because of enrollment by a school, academy, coaching institute, or other business partner ("Institute").

Implicit Tie-Up

When an Institute intentionally adds you to the platform or links your account to their organization, you acknowledge an implicit tie-up between you, the Institute, and BilSam Technologies Private Limited. Your use of the platform in this context constitutes acceptance of data sharing with that Institute.

Data Shared with Institutes

Assessment results, scores, and submission reports
Progress and topic mastery summaries
Attendance or engagement metrics where collected
Profile identifiers necessary for the Institute to manage your enrollment

Purpose of Sharing

Sharing enables Institutes to monitor academic progress, provide coaching, and fulfill their educational obligations to students and parents.

Institute Responsibilities

Institutes must handle received data in accordance with applicable law and their own policies. They must not use data for unrelated commercial purposes without appropriate consent.

Your Choices

If you believe you were enrolled in error, contact your Institute and info@theeschool.in. Removal of Institute linkage may affect access to Institute-specific content.
